From 21-27 August, students of the Doctoral School of Religion, Culture, Society participate in an intensive workshop on academic writing and reading. The aim of the programme is to give young researchers the chance to spend 6-7 hours a day on their research project and to break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The programme also includes scientific mentoring. The concentrated work is also supported by 2 x 40 minutes of intensive walking per day and the environment provided by the new space in the PhD school.<\/p>\n

\"\"The working day ends with a sharing session, where PhD students report on how their day went, how their work went and what plans they have for the coming days. The workshop is accompanied by Klara Csiszar, professor of pastoral theology at the Catholic University of Linz and director of the doctoral school, who is also present at all working sessions. The program ends on Saturday with a Holy Mass and plans for the future, to see what more is needed and possible to offer similar intensive, extracurricular programs organized by the Doctoral School.<\/p>\n
