We are delighted to announce that Dani (Pál-Jakab) Orsolya, PhD candidate, successfully defended her doctoral thesis entitled “Patient-centered hospital pastoral care: strategies for organizing hospital pastoral services in the Archdiocese of Alba Iulia” on September 22, 2025.

Dani (Pál-Jakab) Orsolya has fully met the conditions and evaluation criteria for the award of the doctoral degree.
On the one hand, she has obtained the necessary credits in accordance with the doctoral school’s training plan in relation to her doctoral studies.
On the other hand, she obtained the appropriate qualifications in the partial examinations, as well as in the presentation of the written papers required by the research program and in the defense of her thesis before the faculty.
Finally, during her doctoral studies, she confirmed her participation in the conferences required by the research program and her publications in journals included in the relevant international database.
Based on the above and the results of the public defense, the Doctoral Committee awarded Dani (Pál-Jakab) Orsolya the title of Doctor of Theology.
